Palm Beach’s Expanded Marina Network is a long-awaited evolution that will add an additional 3,700 acres of navigable water, more than doubling the size of and making Palm Beach one of the largest beach resorts in North America.
Upon completion, Palm Beach will offer over 5,726 acres of navigable water accessed by 37 docks serving 238 boat slips and the Palm Beach East Village to create a seamless waterfront experience from beginning to end.
Palm Beach is thrilled to announce exciting updates for the 24/25 boating season! As part of their “Expanded Excellence” initiative, Palm Beach will offer a sneak peek of their new amenities and day boater parking in the Palm Beach East Village.

For the 24/25 season, the Palm Beach East Village, currently under development, will offer limited boater amenities, including a rental shop, complimentary beach storage, and ticketing. A complimentary boater shuttle will transport guests from the new 500 boater parking spaces directly to the amenities and new docks.
Looking ahead, the 25/26 season will bring even more excitement with six additional docks, nearly 100 new slips, and 700 more parking spaces. Once complete, this expansion will add 3,700 acres of navigable water, making Palm Beach one of the largest beach resorts in North America.
In addition to the marina expansion, Palm Beach is also introducing a new sunset pavilion this season for daily golden-hour gatherings, along with resort-wide enhancements in dining, amenities, and more.
